We want everything, we want it our way, we want it now. We think that if we slow down, we will fall behind. Sometimes impatience is natural, but if it becomes a habit, it can make us ill that’s why “patience” is a key or vital virtue for all.
What then is Patience?
▪Patience is the capacity to accept or tolerate delay, problems or suffering without being annoyed or anxious.
▪ Patience is the ability to endure difficult circumstances such as preservance in the face of delay; tolerance of provocation without responding in annoyance or anger.
We can’t talk about patience without relating with impatience.
